Sarking

New extra heavy duty sarking to improve insulation and to catch any small water ingress.

Battens

New hardwood battens to support the new roof tiles.

Flashing

New lead or ‘wakaflex’ / ‘fastflash’ lashing around roof penetrations air vents.

Valleys

New Colorbond steel valley gutters.

Anti-ponding Boards

Install new anti-ponding boards between the facia and the first hardwood batten.

Roof Tiles

Supply and install all new roof tiles. Includes trimming where required (for example, along the valley gutters).

Ridge and Hips

Bedding of new ridge and hip caps, and pointing with a modern flexible pointing compound, colour matched to your selected roof tiles.

Waste

Removal of all waste.

Quality Assurance

Final quality inspection and repair if required.

Gutters & Downpipes

We can install gutters and downpipes (quoted seperately).

New Skylights

We may be able to install some models of skylights. Alternatively we can coordinate with your skylight contractor.

New Roof Vents

We may replace the corroded steel ‘top-hat’ with new Colorbond or Zincalume steel, but we don’t as standard replace the entire vent structure.

Steel Flashing

New steel flashing around chimney, air con unit or other equipment.

Structural Repairs

Sometimes repairs to the roof truss or frame is required.

Solar Panels

Removing and re-installing existing solar panels.

Roof Tile Suppliers

We usually source tiles from either Bristile or Midland Brick. We can also get other roof tiles. Ask us if you have a specific requirement.
